These mutants can result from breeding practically any mutants with matching genes (for example, Brawler + Brawler = Buck Maurice). The higher your Breeding Center level, the higher the chance of a legendary mutant appearing from a cross.

Of these mutants, only Buck Maurice is really worth your attention — definitely worth breeding. But if you're short on strong mutants early on, you can breed Star Trooper and Dezinger, or any mono-gene mutant from the list, since their stats are slightly inflated. Overall though, you'll usually find better options even among the secrets.
